What our application does

Our application is operated solely by us to run our own business. It publishes short promotional videos to our own YouTube channel and other social accounts, and prepares our own product files. It does not collect, request, or store data belonging to any other YouTube or Google user, and it does not access any account other than our own.

YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with it you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• We request only the youtube.upload permission, used exclusively to upload videos to the channel we own and operate.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it.
• You may revoke our application's access at any time via the Google security settings page.

Information we handle

• Authentication tokens: our own OAuth tokens are stored securely to operate the application. They are not shared with third parties.
• Customer information: when a customer buys a digital product from our storefront, the purchase and payment are processed by our storefront and payment provider (e.g., Gumroad) under their own privacy policies. We receive only the order information needed to deliver and support the purchase (such as name and email).

How we use information

We use the limited information we receive only to deliver products, provide support, meet tax and legal obligations, and operate our storefront. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations.

Children

Our products and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
